I hope you are enjoying the games and cheering for your teams. The games themselves have taken over the international media and it seems like a huge party, but not exactly so. Yes, there have been demonstrations against the WC all over the country, but fewer. São Paulo remain calm, actually too calm. People might be enjoying the games, but they have not brought the enthusiasm of previous WCs. There is hardly any colors on the streets, nor flags hanging from windows.
